Responsibilities

• Skillfully cut, trim, and prepare a variety of meats using professional knife techniques to meet customer specifications and safety standards
• Wrap, package, and label meat products accurately for retail display or customer orders
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, tools, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Follow all food handling protocols diligently to ensure product freshness and prevent contamination
• Requirements
• Proven experience in food production, meat cutting, or culinary roles within the food industry or restaurant settings
• Strong knife skills with the ability to perform precise cuts efficiently and safely
• Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks comfortably
• Prior kitchen experience or culinary training is preferred but not mandatory; enthusiasm for learning is essential
• Must be willing to commit to a full time position and show up every single day
• Must be able to work efficiently with others
