What You’ll Do
- Assist the Project Manager to achieve project-specific goals and expectations in alignment with the Project Management Manual
- Complete and track all project-specific submittals
- Log, maintain, and route project documentation accurately and efficiently
- Maintain organized and up-to-date project folders
- Process material requisitions using JobBoss
- Prepare job releases and all required supporting documentation
- Support additional project and administrative tasks as assigned
What You Bring
- 1–2 years of experience in an administrative or clerical support role (required)
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
- High School Diploma or GED (required); college coursework is a plus
- Experience reading and interpreting blueprints (preferred)
- Familiarity with raw material nesting software (a plus)
