What You'll Do
Human Resources
- Assist with onboarding
- Maintain confidential employee records
- Support payroll and benefits
- Assist with recruiting and HR compliance
- Assist with billing and documentation
- Follow up on applicants
- Maintain Accurate Excel Sheets as needed
- Process invoicing
- Support AP and AR
- Assist with purchase orders
- Maintain financial records
- Provide support to finance and accounting as needed
- Support leadership as requested
- Coordinate communication
- Maintain reports as needed
- Assist in supporting process improvements
- Assist with purchase orders as needed
- High School Diploma or GED
- 3 years of HR, accounting, payroll, finance, purchasing, or office administration experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- ERP/HRIS experience is a plus
- Manufacturing experience preferred
