We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the premises, ensuring a welcoming and comfortable environment for guests or residents. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent attention to detail, and a friendly demeanor.

**Key Responsibilities:**
- Perform general cleaning duties, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors.
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other common areas.
- Change bed linens and towels, ensuring all rooms are well-stocked with necessary supplies.
- Organize and tidy up rooms and common spaces to create a pleasant atmosphere.
- Handle laundry duties, including washing, drying, folding, and ironing clothes as needed.
- Monitor and restock cleaning supplies and report any maintenance issues to management.
- Adhere to health and safety guidelines and ensure proper use of cleaning chemicals and equipment.
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests/residents and address any requests or concerns promptly.
- Follow specific cleaning protocols and schedules as directed by management.

**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in housekeeping or a related field preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Good physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and lift light to medium-weight items.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Knowledge of cleaning best practices and safety procedures.
