A Scoop of What You’ll Do

· Greet every guest with energy, enthusiasm, and a genuine smile.

· Help customers explore our flavors and find their perfect scoop.

· Offer samples and share your knowledge of our artisan ice creams and sorbets.

· Scoop, serve, and prepare delicious treats with care.

· Process cash, credit card, and digital transactions accurately.

· Keep the shop clean, stocked, organized, and ready for guests.

· Work alongside your team during busy shifts.

· Assist with opening and closing responsibilities.

· Follow all food-safety and sanitation standards.

· Bring a positive attitude and represent the Mora brand with pride.

Previous restaurant, retail, food-service, or customer-service experience is a plus, but it is not required. We can teach you how to make the perfect scoop—we are looking for extraordinary people with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn!
