MORA Concierge Nursing LLC is an elite, high-end private duty nursing organization launching July 1, 2026, in Los Angeles, California. We provide premium, ICU-level post-operative care for high-profile patients undergoing complex surgical procedures. We are building an exclusive registry of elite clinical talent to provide white-glove, one-on-one recovery care in luxury home and hotel settings across Greater Los Angeles.
The Role:
We are seeking highly skilled, autonomous, and polished Registered Nurses with strong high-acuity backgrounds (ICU, CVICU, Trauma, or PACU) to join our per-diem on-call registry. This is the ultimate premium side gig for career travel nurses or hospital staff nurses looking for exceptional pay and total schedule control.
As an on-call registry nurse, you log your availability blocks in advance. When a luxury post-op case matches your availability, you are deployed for dedicated 12-hour day or night shifts. (We also offer 4/6/8 hour packages so available shifts can be less than 12hr). You choose when you are on-call; there are zero minimum shift requirements.
Core Responsibilities:
- Provide pristine, one-on-one post-operative monitoring and high-acuity clinical care for surgical patients.
- Manage advanced recovery protocols, including hemodynamic tracking, specialized drain management, pain optimization, and airway/mobility safety.
- Deliver an exceptional, discreet, and luxury patient experience.
- Maintain seamless communication and detailed digital charting via our operational platform.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered California Registered Nurse (RN) License.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of recent experience in a high-acuity environment (ICU, CVICU, Trauma, or PACU is a MUST). Travel nursing experience is a massive plus.
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications.
- Must carry, or be willing to obtain, personal professional nursing malpractice insurance.
- Impeccable bedside manner, professionalism, and absolute commitment to patient privacy/discretion.
