Cell Phone Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Cell Phone Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in repairing mobile devices and selling electronics , including both Android and iOS systems. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and providing technical support to customers. The technician will work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing their expertise in various operating systems and hardware components to ensure customer satisfaction.

Duties

• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with mobile devices, including smartphones and tablets.
• Perform repairs on Android and iOS devices, including screen replacements, battery swaps, and software troubleshooting.
• Utilize hand tools and soldering techniques for equipment repair and maintenance.
• Analyze schematics to understand device layouts and component functions.
• Provide technical support to customers both in-store and through field service calls.
• Assist with retail sales by explaining product features and benefits to customers.
• Maintain an organized workspace while ensuring compliance with safety standards.

Experience

• Proficiency in operating systems such as Android, iOS, macOS, and Windows.
• Strong skills in computer hardware analysis and equipment repair.
• Experience with software troubleshooting for mobile devices.
• Familiarity with retail sales practices is a plus.
• Ability to work effectively with hand tools and perform soldering tasks.
• Excellent analysis skills to identify problems quickly and accurately.
