Mor Smiles is looking for a friendly, reliable, and patient-focused Hygiene Assistant to support our hygiene team and help us deliver an exceptional experience to every patient. If you love organization, helping others, and working in a fast-paced clinical environment, this is a great opportunity to grow your skills in dentistry.

What You’ll Do

• Support our hygienists chairside throughout the day
• Set up and break down operatories for hygiene appointments
• Sterilize instruments and maintain cleanliness standards
• Take radiographs (X-ray certification required)
• Assist with charting and hygiene flow
• Keep supplies organized and stocked
• Help patients feel comfortable, welcome, and cared for
• Jump in wherever needed to support the flow of the practice
  
  
  

What We’re Looking For

• X-ray certification required
• Dental assisting or hygiene assisting experience preferred (but we will train the right person)
• Reliable, organized, and eager to learn
• Positive, team-oriented attitude . We support each other every day
• Strong communication skills and a patient-first mindset
