Mor Smiles is seeking an experienced, motivated, and growth-oriented Associate Dentist to join our high-performing, owner-operated practice in the heart of Lititz, Pennsylvania.
This is an outstanding opportunity for a dentist who has been out of school for at least 2–3 years, has a solid foundation in general dentistry, and is looking to continue growing clinically while increasing their income. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with comprehensive treatment planning and has experience with, or a strong interest in, more advanced procedures such as implants, bone grafting, surgery, and full-mouth restorative care.

This role offers significant income potential for the right doctor. Our current doctor produced $90,000 in his first month after joining the platform, and the opportunity exists for the next associate to do the same. This is not a low-volume, slow-growth position.
