Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Salesperson role based in Apple Valley, CA. The Salesperson will assist customers in selecting furniture and home décor items, provide exceptional customer service, and meet individual and team sales goals. Responsibilities include building strong customer relationships, maintaining product knowledge, processing sales transactions, and supporting showroom presentation and inventory management. The role requires working closely with team members to create an engaging and welcoming retail environment.
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build relationships.
- Experience with sales, upselling, and meeting sales targets in a retail environment.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and ability to maintain a well-organized showroom.
