About Us
Mops & Buckets has been cleaning homes across Coral Gables, Brickell, Coconut Grove, Miami Beach, and Miami Shores for 14 years. Our clients expect their homes to be done right, and we use a proven system to make sure they are. Experience is a plus, but we’ll train the right person, and training is paid.
We’re looking for someone dependable, detail-oriented, and friendly who takes real pride in their work. Duties include cleaning kitchens and bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
WHY WORK FOR MOPS & BUCKETS CLEANING SERVICE?
● Raises on a set schedule: Start at $17–$18/hr based on experience, with pay reviews at 30 days, 90 days, and 6 months. Reach $19–$20/hr within your first 6 months.
● Full-time cleaners earn $500–$650 a week, plus tips
● Weekly pay
● Daytime hours only, no nights, so you’re home in time for dinner
● Company gas card after 60 days
● Paid holidays (6 major holidays) and paid time off
● All supplies, equipment, and uniforms provided
● Clear standards and hands-on training, so you always know what a great clean looks like and have support getting there
● Room to grow: Team Lead positions start at $21/hr
Schedule
● Full-time and part-time positions available
● Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
● Some Saturdays required, usually a half day on a rotating schedule

Requirements
● Speak and understand English well, since you’ll talk directly with clients. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
● Reliable car, valid driver’s license, and auto insurance, because you’ll drive between homes during the day
● Live within about 30 minutes of our service area
● Available for rotating Saturday half-days
● Pass a background check
● Authorized to work in the US
● Able to stand for up to 8 hours, use stairs, bend, kneel, and lift up to 25 lbs
