Cleaner/Housekeeper (house cleaner-Weekly Pay!)

We are an established and growing residential cleaning company looking to expand our cleaning team.

Experience preferred but will train the right candidate.

Paid training as you learn our unique cleaning systems.

This position is ideal for people who enjoy cleaning, are dependable, motivated, friendly, and have an eye for detail. Duties include: cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming and mopping.

Team Members Must:

• Live no more than 30 minutes away from service area

• Be dependable

• Be detailed oriented

• Take pride in your work

• Have a positive attitude

• Have a valid driver’s license and car

• Speak and understand English

• Have customer service skills

• Able to perform tasks associated with cleaning, including but not limited to: standing up to 8 hours, walking up and down stairs, bending, kneeling, and lifting 25 pounds.

Schedule

• Part time or Full-time positions available.

• Most of our residential clients are cleaned Monday-Friday 9:00AM-5:00PM. You have the ability to let us know what days/times you are available.

Service Areas:

• Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell

• North Miami Beach and Aventura, Miami Shores

Pay:

• Starting pay is based upon experience.

• Raises are given based on performance and attendance. Most cleaners are increased$1 to $2 within 6-12 months, as long as there are no performance or attendance concerns.

• Holiday Pay for 6 major federal holidays

Requirements:

• Clean criminal record

• Reliable vehicle to use for work with valid driver’s license & insurance

• Be able to communicate in English

Our cleaners average $300-$600 per week for part-time work
