Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning or custodial work with knowledge of janitorial procedures and equipment
- Familiarity with cleaning surfaces, carpets, and outdoor areas using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ability to follow detailed cleaning instructions while maintaining high standards of sanitation and safety
- Strong time management skills to efficiently complete assigned tasks within scheduled timeframes
- Physical stamina for heavy lifting, manual handling, and outdoor work activities throughout the day
- Excellent client communication skills to ensure customer satisfaction and address any special requests
- Knowledge of cleaning products including detergents, disinfectants, and floor care solutions is preferred
- Prior experience in housekeeping management or residential housekeeping is advantageous
