Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing all surfaces
- Handle laundry tasks such as washing, drying, folding, and organizing clothing and linens
- Maintain high standards of sanitation in kitchens and bathrooms by cleaning appliances, fixtures, and surfaces effectively
- Care for floors by applying appropriate techniques for carpet cleaning, floor care, and stain removal
- Manage outdoor work responsibilities such as sweeping porches, patios, or walkways when required
- Use proper manual handling techniques to lift heavy furniture or appliances safely during deep cleaning or rearrangements
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are well-maintained and stocked for efficient workflow
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential cleaning, commercial, air bnb or janitorial services with a strong understanding of cleaning procedures and safety protocols
- Knowledge of various cleaning techniques including floor care, sanitation practices, and outdoor maintenance
- Ability to perform manual handling tasks safely
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly attitude toward clients and team members
- Strong time management skills to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled timeframes
- Experience with housekeeper management is preferred
- Prior experience in hotel housekeeping or commercial cleaning is a plus
- Has own means of transportation
- Has own cleaning supplies
