What are the responsibilities and job description for the Key Holder position at MOOYAH BURGERS, FRIES AND SHAKES?

THIS IS NOT A SUMMER JOB. PREFERENCE WILL BE GIVEN TO THOSE WHO CAN WORK THROUGHOUT THE YEAR AND OPEN AVAILABILITY.
A “better burger” concept, MOOYAH takes the type of burger you would enjoy in a fine-dining establishment and serves it in a fun, family-friendly environment!
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Follows and will enforce all restaurant operations guidelines as defined in the Operations Manual.
- Communicates and reinforces quality standards to all team members.
- Prepares food that meets MOOYAH Brand Standards.
- Enforce health department regulations and food safety protocols.
- Responds to guest complaints or issues to ensure the guests leave with a positive experience with the brand.
- Develops and executes hospitality to ensure guest loyalty.
- Open and/or close the store.
- Count tills and balance the register at shift changes.
- May assist with the training of new team members, instructing them on the brand standards for products and service.
Education/Experience
- At least 2 years working in a fast casual restaurant environment.
- Ability to speak, write, and comprehend English in a business setting.
- Capable of solving problems quickly and efficiently.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and exercise sound judgment.
- Ability to understand restaurant operations.
- Demonstrates highly motivated, energetic, and engaging characteristics.
- Food Protection Manager certification preferred.
Work Environment/Physical Demands
- Team Member is regularly required to stand, walk, talk, or hear.
- Floor conditions could be wet or slippery,
- Team Member is frequently required to handle hot and cold items.
- Team Member will periodically be required to lift weights from 25 up to 50 pounds
Schedule
- Open 7 days a week and on most holidays. Must be available to open and close. Must have weekend availability.
Other
- Eligible for our tip pool which averages an additional $2.00 - $4.00/hour.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
