Role Objectives

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to core accounting processes within a dynamic, global consumer products environment.

This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting activities across multiple entities, while partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• 2 years of accounting or finance experience (consumer products industry a plus)
• Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, JDE, SAP) is a plus
• Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)

Responsibilities

Month-End Close & Journal Entries

• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclasses, and adjustments
• Support timely and accurate month-end close processes across multiple entities
• Assist with revenue recognition and cost reclassification activities
• Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all entries.
  
  

Account Reconciliations

• Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
• Maintain schedules for accruals, prepaids, and other key accounts
• Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
  
  

Inventory & Cost Accounting Support

• Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations and adjustments
• Support inventory reserve and obsolescence analysis
• Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams on inventory-related matters
  
  

Other

• Track cash movements and support intercompany transactions
• Provide support for treasury-related activities as needed
• Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
• Support internal and external audit requests

Work Hours

8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday

8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday

30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.

Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.

Salary Band

USD $70,500 - $75,000

• While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
• Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
• Light to moderate lifting is required
• Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.
