Role Objectives
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our Finance team. This is an excellent opportunity for an early-career professional to gain hands-on exposure to core accounting processes within a dynamic, global consumer products environment.
This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting activities across multiple entities, while partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.

8:30am – 5:30pm, Monday to Thursday
8:30am – 3:00pm, Friday
30-minute unpaid lunch break each day.
Plus, reasonable additional hours due to multiple time-zones.

This role will support month-end close, financial reporting, and operational accounting activities across multiple entities, while partnering cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Marketing, and Operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2 years of accounting or finance experience (consumer products industry a plus)
- Understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
- Experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, JDE, SAP) is a plus
- Strong Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, data analysis)
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow
Month-End Close & Journal Entries
- Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclasses, and adjustments
- Support timely and accurate month-end close processes across multiple entities
- Assist with revenue recognition and cost reclassification activities
- Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all entries.
- Perform balance sheet reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain schedules for accruals, prepaids, and other key accounts
- Ensure completeness and accuracy of financial data
- Assist with inventory accounting, including reconciliations and adjustments
- Support inventory reserve and obsolescence analysis
- Partner with Operations and Supply Chain teams on inventory-related matters
- Track cash movements and support intercompany transactions
- Provide support for treasury-related activities as needed
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting policies
- Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes
- Support internal and external audit requests

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand, sit, talk, hear and use hands and fingers to operate a computer, telephone and other office productivity machinery, may need to reach, stoop, kneel to access items
- Must be able to sit at a computer terminal for an extended period of time
- Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision requirements due to computer work
- Light to moderate lifting is required
- Frequently communicates with other employees and third-parties, must be able to speak clearly and exchange accurate information.
