What are the responsibilities and job description for the Guest Services position at Moose Hillock Camping Resorts?
Moose Hillock Camping Resort in Fort Ann, New York is looking for new hires for our 2023 season! We have part-time and full time positions available beginning May and ending mid September. We have a great team atmosphere at our fast-paced camping resort with 300 high turnover sites! Responsibilities of our Guest Services Staff include; Computer work and learning Resnexus booking software, taking phone calls and booking reservations, registering and checking in customers, running a cash register and using POS, light stocking and cleaning of our camp store, and interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner. Weekends and holidays required. Previous campground experience is a plus. End of season performance/commitment bonuses available to qualified employees!

Pay: From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
