What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Representative (Entry Level) position at Moose Cleaners?
We are seeking Customer Representatives to join our team! You will be responsible for helping customers by providing service to the general public in our dry cleaning drop off location. If you have little to no experience we will provide training.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality customer service
- Take in clothes, get them ready for cleaning and then hand out clothes back to customers
- Provide information to customers as needed
- Check store inventory, call customers about old orders, keep store clean
- Deal with cash and credit card transactions
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in customer service not necessary, but a good attitude a must
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Good verbal communication skills
Salary : $14 - $18
