Contributions:
- Administers new-hire and annual employee health screenings to include TB tests.
- Oversees the Partner Wellness Points Program with health fairs, wellness initiatives, and recordkeeping.
- Administers vaccinations, such as but not limited to Hepatitis B and Influenza.
- Conducts influenza vaccination clinics.
- Properly documents and maintains records of all screenings, TB tests, and vaccinations.
- Works collaboratively with team to provide positive outcomes for wellness participants, peers, including generating progress reports and analyzing data to proactively design wellness programs.
- Maintains confidentiality of all medical information.
- Expected to visit all Moorings Park campuses on a continuous basis as part of normal duties.
Job Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in the English language required
- Must have strong administrative skills including Microsoft Office
- Graduate of an approved school of nursing and is currently licensed to practice as an LPN / RN in the State of Florida.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
- Previous clinic, office or occupational health nurse experience preferred. Participation in coordinating organizational employee wellness initiatives helpful.
- During emergencies or natural disasters may be required to be on duty for the duration of the disaster.
