Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, based in Houston, TX. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver tailored disaster restoration and construction solutions. Additional responsibilities include preparing proposals and presentations, conducting market research, and meeting sales targets while upholding the company’s commitment to reliable and transparent service delivery.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales strategy, and client acquisition
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
- Excellent market research and analytical skills to identify opportunities and trends
- Competence in creating proposals, presentations, and customized solutions for clients
- Knowledge of disaster restoration, commercial construction, or related industries is a plus
- Proficiency in CRM tools and business software
