What You’ll Do as a Lifeguard
As a Lifeguard at Moorhead Country Club, you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the safety and enjoyment of our members and their families. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Monitoring the pool area to ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all swimmers.
- Responding quickly and effectively to any emergencies or incidents.
- Enforcing pool rules and regulations with professionalism and care.
- Performing routine pool maintenance and ensuring cleanliness in and around the pool area.
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members, fostering a friendly and welcoming atmosphere.
What We’re Looking For
We’re seeking a candidate who is passionate about safety and thrives in a team-oriented environment. To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of lifeguarding experience.
- Current lifeguard certification (including CPR and First Aid).
- Strong swimming skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with members of all ages.
- A proactive and responsible attitude with a focus on safety and service.
