POSITION TITLE: Casino Surveillance Investigator

REPORTS TO: Surveillance Director

SUPERVISES: None

SCHEDULE: Full Time – Flexible - May be assigned to any shift

SALARY: $18.43 /hr.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Serve as Surveillance Investigator to Feather Falls Casino for Mooretown Rancheria, under the direction of the Surveillance Director.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

Monitor gaming activities at the casino:

1. Monitor the movement of currency, coin, gaming chips, and non-value chips within the casino.

2. Staff the monitor room and operate the closed circuit television system monitored from there.

3. Conduct audiovisual recording in accordance with regulations.

4. Maintain the surveillance logs.

5. Attend training sessions as required in the general area of responsibility for this position to maintain currency and efficiency.

6. Maintain confidentiality of records and information.

7. Perform other duties as assigned by the Surveillance Manager/Director.

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate or equivalent.

2. Must be at least 21 years of age.

3. Must be detail-oriented, alert and observant.

4. Experience with Card Games (21, Poker) and pit procedures are preferred.

5. Preference will be given to Native Americans (25 USC Sec. 472A).

6. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is frequently required to sit for long periods of time, reach with hands and arms balance, stoop, and kneel. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities include close vision and specific hearing abilities include the ability to hear alarms. 7. Must have a valid California Driver’s License and be insurable on Mooretown Rancheria’s automobile policy.

8. Must pass a pre-employment background investigation, live scan fingerprints, drug test, Hearing, and vision test.
