POSITION TITLE: Fuel Island Attendants for Mini-Mart

REPORTS TO: FFMM Manager

SUPERVISES: None

SCHEDULE: Regular Full-Time; Day Shift 6am – 2pm or Swing Shift 1pm-9pm

SALARY: $16.90 Hourly

POSITION SUMMARY:

As a Fuel Island Attendant, you will need to be skilled maintaining a safe and clean fuel island and retail environment. You will need to clean windows, shelves, restrooms, and floors in our mini mart, as well as pick up trash in the pump area and parking lot, and stock merchandise. From time to time you may be asked to help customers who are dispensing fuel. This position requires good communication skills and good personal grooming habits. Physical requirements include standing up to 6 hours during a shift, using powered cleaning equipment, and able to lift up to 50 pounds. Hours may vary.

SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Use power blower
• Sweep high traffic areas
• Clean pumps
• Change and maintain windshield washer water and paper towels on the islands
• Use pressure washer
• Pick up trash on the mini mart property
• Ability to work with tools
• Ability to paint
• Perform restroom checks and clean restrooms at prescribed intervals
• Attend quarterly training meetings
• Ability to quickly adapt to changing circumstances
• Treat customers and co-workers with respect and dignity
• Other duties to which assigned by the mini mart manager or assistant manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. High school graduate or equivalent preferred.

2. Maintenance/outdoor work experience preferred.

3. Must be at least18 years of age.

4. Works well with public; is professional and courteous.

5. Preference will be given to Native Americans (25 USC Sec. 472A).

6. Must pass a pre-employment drug screening, background investigation and live scan finger print.
