Staff Registered Nurse (RN) - Home Health

Location: Burlington, Camden, or Gloucester County, NJ

Job Type: Full-time, Part-time, or Per Diem

Salary: $61-$64 per point mileage reimbursement, benefits, 401k, paid time off

About the Role

Join our dedicated home health team, delivering compassionate, high-quality nursing care to patients in their homes. As a Staff RN, you'll play a pivotal role in patient recovery and independence.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments (OASIS)
• Develop and implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Educate patients and families on health conditions and care plans
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records

Qualifications

• Current RN license in New Jersey
• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of acute care or med-surg experience
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and car insurance
• CPR certification for healthcare providers
