About us
Moorestown Spine Sports and Wellness is a physician owned medical practice located in Moorestown, NJ.
Our goal is to provide personalized care to each patient by treating their entire body. We are in need of a Medical Assistant to work with our team in a modern and clean office environment. The right candidate will be comfortable working with adults and the elderly population. Additionally, they must be willing to promote our wellness program.
Responsibilities:
- Greet patients and visitors in a friendly manner.
- Answer phone calls and take messages.
- Schedule appointments with patients.
- Should have familiarity with lumbar spine and sports medical terminology (or be willing to learn)
- Perform routine vitals
- Obtain Authorizations as needed
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, and physicians.
- Help set up sterile trays for Xray guided and Ultrasound guided procedures
- Promote our Mindset, Movement, Nutrition program (under development)
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time (20-40 hours)
