Your Impact:
- Receive, review, and process incoming files to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Monitor production workflows and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and quality
- Work with internal stakeholders to understand data requirements and ensure accurate data mapping
- Support Operations teams by assisting with ticket resolution and production-related requests
- Review scanline approvals, verify check digit accuracy, and ensure compliance with company specifications
- Communicate with clients regarding approval statuses and validation updates
- Maintain required documentation, reporting, and file uploads
- Prioritize tasks, track project progress, and communicate updates to appropriate stakeholders
- Assist with training and cross-training initiatives as needed
- Identify and resolve issues quickly to maintain smooth production operations
- Support continuous improvement efforts and operational excellence initiatives
- Maintain consistent attendance and availability according to scheduled work times
- Work overtime as required to meet business and production needs
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- One to two years of experience in data processing, operations support, production support, or a related field preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and effectively prioritize workload
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Dependable, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to perform under pressure and meet deadlines
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to learn internal systems and production processes
- Successful completion of a pre-employment keying test
- Ability to remain on the production floor until scheduled break times
- Ability to be present and available at scheduled work times and locations
