Your Impact:
- Cut mail on machines according to client needs.
- Operators running Tri cutters are expected to run two machines.
- Cut mail on three sides in the order received or as needed by priority.
- Check all envelopes to ensure they are opened on three sides.
- Meet daily production goals set in place.
- Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of debris.
- Clean machines at the end of each shift.
- Empty machine trash and coins daily.
- Sift through machine trash and separate coins (do not throw coins away).
- Perform basic machine maintenance or notify the assistant manager of repairs needed.
- Communicate any problems or concerns to the assistant manager.
- Keep machines running as consistently as possible.
- Track clerical time when working on cards or coins.
- Assist other departments when out of work or when additional help is needed.
- Complete additional tasks assigned by the Account Manager.
- Work overtime, including Saturdays, during times of mail fluctuations.

- Ability to maneuver between departments (100–600 feet) frequently—approximately 95% of the time.
- Ability to remain on the production floor until scheduled break times.
