About the Role

Moore Water & Air is looking for a sales-driven, strategy-focused Call Center Manager to lead a team of 35–50 outbound agents. We need a proven leader who can drive results, execute smart strategies, and motivate a competitive sales team to consistently hit and exceed goals.

Schedule:

  • Monday – Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of 35–50 outbound call center agents
  • Build and execute sales strategies that deliver measurable results
  • Monitor KPIs and adjust plans to maximize performance
  • Oversee dialer operations and call center technology
  • Coach, train, and motivate agents to hit daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals
  • Create a culture of accountability, growth, and winning
  • Be proficient in computer software and Microsoft Excel

Requirements

  • 5 years of outbound call center management experience
  • Proven success driving sales performance in a large team environment
  • Strong ability to analyze data and build effective strategies
  • Dialer/technology management experience
  • High-energy leader who can inspire, coach, and hold teams accountable
