In-Store Sales/Marketing Representative
We are looking for an outgoing individual with excellent communication skills, that is comfortable initiating conversations with potential customers in a fast-paced environment in a customer-facing role.

We partner with major home improvement retailers and warehouse stores to connect with homeowners and generate high-quality leads for home improvement services.
We're looking for team members in the Fayetteville, Springdale, Siloam Springs, Rogers and Bentonville areas!!
We're hiring part-time team members currently with the opportunity to be promoted to full-time based on reliability and performance.

Responsibilities
· Engage with customers in-store at our partnered retail and warehouse locations to promote home improvement services.
· Generate qualified appointments by identifying homeowners interested in our offerings and scheduling appointments for our sales team.
· Maintain accurate records of leads and appointments using provided tools.
· Represent our brand professionally within a retail and warehouse environment.
This is a Permanent position! You must be able to work 4-5 days a week with Saturdays being mandatory. Shifts run 4-6 hours.
Pay starts at $17/hour for meeting an easily obtainable quota, but you can earn unlimited commissions when those appointments turn into sales!! The harder you hustle, the bigger the reward.
Qualifications:
· You must be 17 or older
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor.
· Reliable transportation to travel around the metro area to retail locations
· Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced retail or warehouse setting.
· Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a passion for meeting marketing and lead generation goals.
