Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all designated areas
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, kitchens, hallways, offices, and common spaces to meet health and safety standards
- Conduct industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including high dusting or deep cleaning of large areas
- Assist with basic facilities maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs or reporting repairs needed for equipment or infrastructure
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning activities to prevent accidents or injuries
- Keep detailed logs of cleaning activities and report any issues or damages to management promptly
Experience
- Prior janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings preferred
- Experience with industrial cleaning equipment and supplies is a plus
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is advantageous
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and efficiently
- Ability to follow instructions carefully while maintaining high standards of cleanliness
