JOB DESCRIPTION
Moore & Van Allen has an immediate need in its Charlotte office for an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate. Patent bar preferred but not required.
Our Charlotte office is currently seeking an Intellectual Property Litigation Associate with 1-5 years of experience to assist with all aspects of IP litigation, including patent and trademark cases. Excellent academic credentials and strong interpersonal skills are required.

- Law Degree
- Eligibility for North Carolina Bar admission is preferred.
