Job Summary
We are seeking a Vehicle Acquisition Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in customer service , be outgoing, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers . This candidate will communicate with our Service customers to engage in conversations about upgrading to a newer vehicle.
Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by assisting clients with their automotive inquiries.
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicles to identify opportunities for customers to upgrade.
- Utilize computerized systems for scheduling appointments.
- Engage in outbound calling to follow up with customers.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automotive field not required
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly in English; multilingual abilities are a plus.
- Proficient in using computers for scheduling.
- Excellent sales skills to promote effectively while addressing customer needs.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work well under pressure.
