Role Description The Crew Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Havertown, PA, responsible for overseeing daily landscaping, tree service, and seasonal snow removal operations. This role includes coordinating crew schedules, assigning tasks, and ensuring that work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards. The Crew Lead will operate and guide others in the use of equipment such as mowers, trimmers, chainsaws, chippers, and snow removal tools, while maintaining proper safety practices. Responsibilities include communicating with customers on-site, reviewing project requirements, and providing updates to management. The Crew Lead will also train new team members, monitor job quality, and help maintain tools, vehicles, and materials to support smooth, reliable service delivery.
