The Role:
The Service Billing Administrator is responsible for billing all work orders within 10 days of completion of service calls.
What You'll Do:
- Verify all attached documents are included in work orders upon completion of work
- Edit work order description for customer friendly wording
- Verify labor and parts pricing before marking work order approved for billing
- Verify invoice does not exceed customer supplied NTE (Not to Exceed) amount
- Verify service report includes all details of work performed and customer's signature
- Verify all information on invoices are accurate in the invoice summary report
- Provide backup for other Billing Administrators as needed
You Bring:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills including both written and verbal communication.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task.
- Ability to work individually with a teamwork mindset.
- Willing to assist and collaborate with others when issues arise.
- Clean driving record and dependable transportation.
- Proficient computer skills including Microsoft products as well as efficient typing skills.
- Billing experience preferred.
- Experience with ERP systems or similar software is a plus.
