- Prepare detailed service write-ups and estimates using estimating software to accurately assess repair costs and timeframes.
- Manage the entire auto service process from initial assessment through completion, ensuring timely updates to clients.
- Coordinate with technicians to prioritize repairs and ensure quality standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions for future reference.
- Upsell additional services or maintenance based on vehicle needs while maintaining transparency with customers.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive technologies, repair procedures, and estimating tools to provide expert guidance.
Requirements
