As an Inventory Puller you are responsible for accurately and efficiently processing client orders by pulling, staging, and preparing materials for acknowledgement and shipment. This role plays a key part in ensuring timely delivery by prioritizing jobs, verifying product details, and maintaining a clean, organized work environment. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, able to operate warehouse equipment, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented warehouse setting.

Your Impact:
- Prioritize pulling jobs based on due date, size, client, and shipping method.
- Measure, weigh, and count products and materials according to the pull ticket.
- Ensure jobs are taken to the Acknowledgement room throughout the day to avoid processing delays.
- Record product, packaging, and/or order information on specified forms (physical inventory count sheet).
- Identify and remove any defective products and bring them to the Manager's attention for appropriate action.
- Report any products found in incorrect locations to the Manager.
- After pulling items, tidy up the bin location by closing boxes and removing empty boxes, etc.
- Operate a tier lift truck or use a hand truck to move, convey, or hoist shipments from shipping and receiving platforms to storage and work areas.
- Stage pulled items in staging areas and identify with numbers located on stickers adhered to the job jacket.
- Sign the job jacket to indicate that the job has been pulled.
- Ensure jobs are pulled in a timely manner and report any potential misses.
Your Profile:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:
- Individuals are regularly required to stand and use hands and fingers for packaging and collating purposes.
- Individuals must occasionally lift and /or move up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to maneuver between departments at a minimum of 100 feet, maximum of 600 feet at a time. For approximately 95% of the time
- Individuals will be required to work in an environment which includes the operation of machinery.
