Core Responsibilities

• Assembles, tests, and debugs complex precision assemblies and systems.
• Interprets and follows detailed engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics to accurately fit, align, and secure high-precision components such as spindles and bearings.
• Utilizes specialized tools and precision measurement equipment to ensure assemblies meet stringent accuracy and quality standards.
• Identifies, documents, and communicates product defects and assist in troubleshooting and corrective actions.
• Maintains detailed and accurate documentation of assembly procedures and test results.
• Performs assembly, calibration, and verification of machining systems to ensure peak performance.
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to meet production schedules and ensures timely product delivery.
• Maintains an organized, clean, and safe work environment while adhering to all company safety regulations.
• Demonstrates flexibility by working overtime or traveling between facilities (NH and NC) as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2–5 years of experience in mechanical assembly, machine tool building, or a related industry.
• Proven ability to read and interpret engineering blueprints and drawings.
• Experience with precision mechanical or electro-mechanical systems preferred.
