Responsibilities
- Engage with customers through outbound sales efforts, including cold calling and follow-up calls to generate leads and expand the sales pipeline.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable used vehicles by understanding their needs and preferences, providing detailed vehicle information, and demonstrating key features.
- Negotiate prices, trade-in values, financing options, and terms to close deals that satisfy both the customer and dealership goals.
- Upsell additional products such as warranties, service packages, and accessories to enhance customer satisfaction and increase revenue.
- Maintain excellent phone etiquette and communication skills when engaging with clients via phone or in person to foster trust and professionalism.
Requirements
- Proven experience in automobile sales or retail sales environments; dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple clients simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent negotiation skills coupled with a customer-centric approach to ensure positive outcomes for all parties involved.
- Proficiency with CRM software and inventory management tools; familiarity with retail math and organizational skills are essential.
