What You'll Own
Dispatch & Scheduling
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Coordinate technician schedules across multiple locations
- Adjust priorities and schedules throughout the day as needed
- Support technicians with scheduling and dispatch communication
- Answer incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently
- Respond promptly to missed calls and customer messages
- Communicate scheduling updates with customers
- Maintain accurate customer information and records
- Assist with general office and clerical responsibilities
- Ensure information is organized, accurate, and up to date
- Work closely with technicians and office staff
- Help keep daily operations running efficiently
- Support a collaborative, team-focused work environment
Monday–Friday
