Position Summary:
We are seeking a Full-Time Paralegal with real estate closing experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, and able to communicate effectively with clients, attorneys, and team members.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and review real estate closing documents
- Coordinate with lenders, buyers, sellers, and agents throughout the closing process
- Conduct title reviews and prepare necessary legal documentation
- Maintain file organization and ensure accuracy of all legal materials
- Provide administrative and legal support to attorneys as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in real estate closings required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Soft Pro
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
