Jewelry Associate
Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and assist customers in finding the perfect jewelry pieces
- Demonstrate knowledge of different types of jewelry and their features
- Assist customers with jewelry selection, sizing, and customization options
- Process sales transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system
- Maintain a clean and organized jewelry display area
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and meet customer satisfaction goals
- Stay up-to-date with current jewelry trends and product knowledge
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
Skills:
- Strong retail math skills to accurately calculate prices, discounts, and sales tax
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing change to customers
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in wireless sales, retail sales, or technical sales is a plus
- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities
- Proficient in technology sales, including knowledge of mobile devices and accessories
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle delicate jewelry pieces with care
