Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Frisco, TX, for an Insurance Producer, focusing on Property & Casualty. The Insurance Producer will be responsible for identifying and reaching potential clients, consulting with them about insurance coverage options, and recommending policies tailored to meet their specific needs. Daily tasks include generating new business leads, maintaining relationships with existing clients, providing quotes, and delivering exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction. Additionally, the role involves staying informed about insurance market trends, compliance, and products to provide accurate and competitive solutions.
Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in Insurance Sales, particularly within the commercial and personal insurance sectors.
- Comprehensive knowledge and experience with various insurance products, primarily Property & Casualty.
- Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
- Outstanding Customer Service skills, with a commitment to providing tailored solutions and maintaining client trust.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
