Duties

• Operate CNC machines such as lathes, live lathes, hobbing machines, rack machines, and mills, to produce complex parts with precision.
• Read and interpret blueprints.
• Use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers, to verify dimensions and quality standards.
• Willing to learn to set up tooling, fixtures, and tooling adjustments to optimize machining processes while maintaining safety protocols.
• Conduct routine checks on machinery and troubleshoot issues.
• Maintain an organized workstation, keep accurate records, and maintain workflow efficiency.
• Mechanical aptitude with basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and troubleshooting.
• Prior experience working in a machine shop or manufacturing environment is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level applicants eager to learn.
• Entry level positions have unlimited room for growth.
• Strong attention to detail, safety consciousness, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
