Responsibilities:
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Monitor and record patient vital signs
- Assist with patient assessments and provide input for care planning
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure quality patient care
- Educate patients and their families on healthcare management and disease prevention
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Adhere to infection control protocols and maintain a clean and safe environment
Experience:
- Proficiency in specimen collection processing and analysis
- Knowledge of dementia care practices and techniques
- Familiarity with electronic medical record systems such as Point Click Care
