ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and maintain PM resources on SharePoint, including updating the PM manual and forms.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to project managers, extending PM responsibilities as needed.
- Coordinate and organize training sessions for PMs.
- Assist PMs with invoicing, project transfers, write-offs, and project cleanup tasks.
- Serve as the liaison between PMs and accounting for project invoicing and related financial activities.
- Assist with the maintenance of client relationship management (CRM) software.
- Support the setup and ongoing maintenance of project details within accounting software.
- Assist in developing work breakdown structures to create accurate project budgets.
- Assist with the development of client and sub-consultant agreements.
- Support the development of project reports and tracking project performance.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support project and business operations.
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
- Associate degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum of three years of experience collaborating with or providing support to project teams in the A/E/C industry
- Intermediate or advanced user knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Intermediate or advanced user knowledge of Sharepoint
- Experience with financial/accounting software
- Experience with budget and performance tracking and analysis
- Experience with client relationship software (CRM), preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
- Ability to work efficiently, handling multiple duties simultaneously
- Valid driver's license preferred
