Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and professional Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors, providing exceptional customer service while managing front desk operations. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in office management, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
  • Provide clerical support, including typing, proofreading documents, and managing correspondence.
  • Assist with customer support inquiries, ensuring a high level of satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth office operations.
  • Posting/Marketing on social media

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in other administrative roles is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
  • Strong computer skills with the ability to learn new software quickly.
  • Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and time management abilities.
  • Bilingual candidates are highly desirable for effective communication with diverse clients.
  • Familiarity with front desk operations, including phone etiquette and customer service best practices.
