Overview
We are seeking an experienced residential and commercial HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration equipment in residential and commercial settings. The position offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced HVAC service technician who demonstrates good work ethic and leadership qualities to grow into a leadership position. Duties
- Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration equipment.
- Read and interpret schematics, HVAC design plans, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance tasks on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Maintain detailed service records and document repairs in accordance to company standard operating procedures.
- Assist with system upgrades or modifications based on client needs or project specifications.
- Must be able to lift heavy objects and work in extreme weather conditions and tight spaces.
- Ensure safety protocols are followed during all service activities to maintain a safe work environment.
Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of prior HVAC technician work experience.
- Familiarity with schematics, HVAC design principles, and electrical troubleshooting techniques.
- Mechanical knowledge complemented by skills in equipment repair, welding, boiler operation, and maintenance procedures.
- Valid driver’s license and must be insurable under Moore Air's Auto Insurance Policy.

Pay: $45,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
