We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Floor Supervisor to join our team and oversee daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency, safety, and productivity.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse floor activities.
- Lead and support warehouse associates and lumpers to meet productivity and accuracy goals.
- Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and industry standards.
- Monitor inventory flow, loading/unloading, and order fulfillment processes.
- Communicate with management and team members to address issues, resolve conflicts, and improve operations.
- Train and coach employees to support skill development and performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8-10 years warehouse or logistics supervisory experience.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and best practices.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
