Job Description
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Transport & stock supplies at designated locations throughout property
- Clean, dust, sanitize and polish.
- Sweep, mop and vacuum.
- Trash removal and receptacle maintenance
- Collect waste materials and process accordingly (recycle, compost, landfill, special handling)
- Interior cleaning – offices, restrooms, and breakrooms, etc.
- Exterior cleaning – walkways, stairwells, escalators, elevators, restrooms, perimeter roadway, wood decks, etc.
- Support event setup and post-event cleanup.
Rate: $25.00 hour
This is a union position.
This role is seasonal and expected to conclude at the end of September 2026.
Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS/EXPERIENCE:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Housekeeping, janitorial, or custodial experience.
- Proficient in the use and operation of cleaning appliances.
- Thorough understanding of the proper use of commercial cleaning agents.
- Attention to detail.
- Capable of performing physically demanding tasks in outdoor settings.
- Previous experience in customer service is beneficial.
