Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Engagement: Greet customers, answer questions, and provide exceptional service.

- Store Management: Organize and maintain an orderly store floor, manage displays, and ensure tidiness.
- Customer Retention: Handle customer complaints with grace and retain customers through excellent service.
- Marketing: Assist with local marketing efforts to drive store traffic and brand awareness.
Qualifications:
- Proven success in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Background in mattress or furniture sales is a plus.

- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
